- Collate all data of customers' specific requirements and customize product specifications accordingly. - Act as the central point of contact for sales regarding technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.- Efficiently evaluate the validity of customer complaints and promptly share comprehensive reports with the Technical team for valid issues.- Gather customer feedback from Sales Specialists on product performance, and relay this information to the Technical team for continuous improvement.-Ensure that graphic designers' output, including marketing materials and product documentation, aligns with product specifications and customer requirements.-Provide product development updates to Sales Specialist.-Provide a tentative date of arrival of cylinders to the Sales Planner.-Efficiently handle customer complaints, understanding their concerns and needs, while also relaying complex technical complaints to the Technical department for in-depth analysis and resolution, ensuring prompt and effective feedback responses with well-considered solutions.
