Preparation of Sales Reports
Preparing commission payouts
Writing business letter, correspondence and memos
Provides clerical duties and supports the sales team and to the manager/department head
Filling reports, typing invoices, responding to emails; handling customer inquiries
Qualifications
Candidates must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
With experience in processing sales documents
Must be advance in using Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable in Sales Reports and in preparing commission payouts are a plus but not required
Knowledgeable in writing business correspondence, letters and memos are a plus but not required
With experience is assisting in sales transaction and booking is necessary
