We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Lead to join our expanding creative team. Reporting directly to the President, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse creative projects that support our local company’s sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Creative Lead will be responsible for creating visually compelling print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, as well as dynamic digital content for internal communications, social media, and online platforms. The position will also create engaging video materials and video content to enhance our branding and employee engagement efforts. Ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines will be crucial in contributing to a cohesive visual identity. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to produce effective sales and promotional materials. Additionally, the position will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects in both print and digital formats. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools. Excellent understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
