Overview

Drive Test Analyst — on-site, full-time role located in Taguig City, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines. Employment type: Full-time; Seniority level: Mid-Senior level; Job function: Quality Assurance; Industry: Telecommunications.

Responsibilities
  • Execute drive tests, analyze and interpret test data, and generate detailed reports.
  • Conduct manual testing, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure optimal network performance.
  • Collaborate with the network team to ensure consistent test execution and thorough documentation.
  • Supervise rigging teams during fieldwork, especially for antenna settings.
Qualifications
  • Skills in Test Execution, Testing, and Manual Testing
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and report generation
  • Experience in Test Management and coordinating with network teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Understanding of telecommunication networks (advantage)
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience preferred; candidates ready to onboard immediately without training
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Drive Test Analyst (preferred)
  • Extensive experience with Teams tools
  • Familiar with drive test scenarios for voice and data testing
  • Strong knowledge of basic DT KPIs for 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G
  • Skilled in quick analysis of sector swaps and poor RF performance conditions
  • Proficient in using QGIS
  • Able to supervise rigging teams during fieldwork, especially for antenna settings
  • Knowledgeable in proposing coverage tuning solutions
