Medical Representative / Product Specialist Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsibilities Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share Work closely with Philippines channel partners to ensure they are up to date with the latest application training and demo capabilities and leveraging self-knowledge and expertise to optimize KOL management across the district Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes; keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment Supporting new product launches Set up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer; train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered Ultrasound equipment Responsible for delivering customized (competency based) training material pack – if / when required Support user group meetings if / when required Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction Support and advise the sales force during acquisition Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment Be aware and to always manage the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations; in the event of hazards or accidents, take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner Assist Account Managers in translating clinical value into strategic product positioning to support the sales process Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine positioning of key features based on customer needs Maintain customer profiles, including key decision-makers and site-specific needs Collect, organize, and summarize field-based feedback (technical or clinical) in a structured format for the BU Manager to relay to global HQ Support strategic marketing efforts via webinars, workshops, and conference planning Track market trends and competitor activities, and share relevant insights with the Ultrasound BU Manager to inform strategic planning Qualifications University degree in relevant allied health discipline majors Preferably min. 1 year of Medical Sales experience Experience on using post processing tools and advanced applications Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to utilize problem‑solving, critical thinking and priority‑setting skills Fluent in English Teaching experience in a clinical environment preferred Additional Information Travel: No obstacle to travel Location: Able to work at either North Manila and Luzon or South Manila and Luzon #J-18808-Ljbffr
