Responsibilities Responsible for the whole recruitment process of internal employees and provision of manpower placement within 15 - 30 days. Responsible in monitoring manpower request through the Manpower Request Form (MRF). Responsible in the submission of weekly and monthly manpower report. Sources out applicants using different hiring mediums (Jobstreet, Indeed, Linkedin, job fairs and social media platforms). Conducts preliminary interviews and facilitate examination for office-based applicants (rank and file and supervisory level) and recommends potential candidates to department managers and VPs for further interview. Make job offer to applicants who passed the final interview (Rank & File). Prepares Employment contracts of rank and file, officer, and supervisory new hires. Facilitate the issuance of welcome kit to new employee onboard. Updating the employees’ information in HRMS and enrolling new employees to biometric. Responsible in the issuance of employee’s company ID. Orient newly hired employees with the Code of Conduct of the company and introduce the new employee to all employees. Consolidate Daily Time Record, approved leave and overtime form and endorse to Acctg. Department for payroll processing. Maintain and organize employee records and 201 files of employees both Rurex and Edmel. Prepare and comply to DOLE Annual Reports. Compliance to company rules, policies and procedure. Monitors the compliance of employees to company rules, policies and procedure. Perform any administrative task as may be instructed by the HR Manager and the Board. #J-18808-Ljbffr
