. Recruitment, General Coordination and Data Management
· Coordinate to partner cooperatives and Manpower Agencies regarding staff requirements.
· Monitors assignment duration of all Cooperative Members. Ensures renewal documentation
· Maintain an updated master list of all indirect workers.
· Maintaining updated 201 files of cooperative members.
· Accomplish Intro letters and endorsement communication emails for training and onboarding of Sales Associates.
· Attends Office Day and other coordination meeting.
- Payroll Support & Billing Processing
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing a timekeeping summary and collecting all timekeeping forms.
· Collate DTRs and checking of attendance summary.
Accomplish tardiness summary report to endorse to Cooperatives and HRAD Manager for issuance of disciplinary action.
- Administration
Monitor and process the preventive maintenance schedule of the following equipment.
a. Airconditioning Units
b. Fire Extinguishers
c. Elevator/Lifter
· Process item requisition from sourcing of supplier, canvassing, requesting of payment up to issuance to the requestor.
· Coordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment, computers, printers, air conditioners, etc.
Process ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office. supplies and other office equipment as needed.
Monitors accountability sheets and transfer movement of office supplies/assets.
Company Events
· Assist HRAD Manager in spearheading of Company events
· Oversee the Employees' Accountability Monitoring
· Monitor service request for minor repairs
· Provide assistance on the acquisition of necessary LGU permits and certification.
· Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php28,000.00 per month
