Overview Customer Service Specialist Temporary WFH role. As a CSR at Everise, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling inbound (and sometimes outbound) calls, resolving issues, answering questions about products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The job often involves working through multiple systems, following scripts or guidelines, and sometimes making sales or providing information. Responsibilities Handle inbound (and sometimes outbound) calls Resolve customer issues and answer questions about products or services Operate across multiple systems, following scripts or guidelines Aim to resolve issues efficiently, often on the first call Qualifications Good to excellent communication skills (listening and speaking) Dependability with attendance and adherence to schedules (including nights, weekends, or shifts) Some experience in BPO/Customer Service is preferred; fresh graduates may be accepted for certain accounts Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems Ability to manage high call volumes and meet performance metrics Benefits & Working Conditions Salaries vary by account, experience, and work arrangement (onsite, hybrid, or work-from-home).
