We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for technical roles. This position focuses on sourcing and recruiting talented individuals for various technical positions globally, with a particular emphasis on the APAC region, including New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines. You will work remotely from Manila, collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead and other team members to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
What is the RoleThe following include but may not be limited to the duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across the globe, focusing on the APAC region.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Leverage the Greenhouse recruiting platform to maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Successful candidates must have:
- Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on the APAC region.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Proficiency in using the Greenhouse recruiting platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a well-equipped home office setup.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
