Job Description As a Maintenance, Dispatch & OTR Support Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating drivers, resolving urgent on-the-road issues, and maintaining compliance with U.S. standards. Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Familiarity with FMCSA and HOS compliance standards. Quick-thinking, resourceful, and capable of resolving time-sensitive issues. Positive attitude with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Tech-savvy and eager to learn logistics tools and dispatch software. Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to operational excellence. Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet maintenance, or a related field. Fluent in speaking Spanish and English. Prior experience working in transportation or logistics support roles is an advantage. Your Daily Tasks Coordinate and dispatch CDL drivers across all 48 continental U.S. states. Respond promptly to urgent calls regarding breakdowns, maintenance concerns, and on-the-road emergencies. Prepare and maintain accurate monthly maintenance logs and mileage reports. Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. Hours of Service (HOS) regulations (70 hours/8 days). Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues in real-time. Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvements in dispatch and OTR operations. Assist with planning and coordination of scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance.
