Overview

The Product Designer is primarily responsible for supporting the Product Development Team in designing, conceptualizing, and executing visual assets related to product design. This includes packaging, branding, product renderings, product photography, and marketing materials specific to new and existing products. Additionally, depending on workload, this role will assist in general multimedia tasks, such as photography, video editing, and graphics creation, under the Content & Creatives Group.

Responsibilities
  • Product Design & Development Support: Design and develop packaging, labels, and branding materials for new and existing products.
  • Create 2D and 3D product renderings and mockups to visualize concepts.
  • Ensure final artwork (FA) files for packaging and branding materials are properly prepared and coordinated for production.
  • Work closely with the Product Sourcing Head to ensure product designs meet quality assurance (QA) standards before finalization.
  • Ensure product designs align with the overall brand identity and market positioning.
  • Coordination & Execution: Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure packaging and branding materials are accurately produced.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to ensure product designs align with technical specifications.
  • Maintain and organize design files, ensuring accessibility for cross-functional teams.
  • General Multimedia Assistance: Assist the Content & Creatives Team in general graphic design tasks, including digital ads, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Support product photography and video editing as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multimedia design, product design, or packaging design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in 20/30 product rendering (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus).
  • Knowledge of packaging design, branding, and production coordination.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design, packaging, and branding work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of photography and video production.
  • Experience working in retail, sports, or consumer goods industries.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and printing processes for packaging materials.
