The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering creative design work across packaging, print, branding, and digital projects. The role involves managing projects from concept through to production, ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce artwork for packaging, branding, events, print, and digital.
• Develop logos, brand guidelines, and supporting collateral.
• Prepare artwork to print specifications and liaise on production requirements.
• Design pitch decks, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Mock up merchandise and provide production pricing.
• Manage projects from start to finish, maintaining budgets and timelines.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand objectives and deliver considered outcomes.
Essential Skills
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
• Creative experience in Graphic Design.
• Must be highly skilled in Adobe Suite – particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• General tech experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams etc.
• Attitude is everything – we’re looking for “I haven’t done that before but happy to have a go and work it out.”
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail is a must.
Desirable Skills
• Experience preparing packaging and print-ready files.
• Exposure to branding projects from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of production techniques across print and merchandise.
