Your Role As a Accounts Payable Specialist, you will: JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable, ensuring not only the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, but also maintaining strong relationships across vendors as well as internal stakeholders RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain multiple accounting email accounts Uploading invoices to Stampli (AP platform) Verify/process invoices for approval Match invoices with purchase orders Identify/process bank auto debits Enter invoices into Full Circle (our ERP system) Prepare weekly AP Aging to identify invoices due for payment and process approved payments via ACH & wire transfers Reconcile/resolve vendor statement discrepancies Vendor account creation and management Ensure completeness of vendor/invoice documentation Assist with month-end close tasks Maintain accurate records for audit & tax purposes Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures COMPETENCIES/PERSONALITY TRAITS Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to be flexible, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Team player with exceptional collaboration abilities Strong sense of ownership, accountability and discretion with financial data PRIOR EXPERIENCE Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices Familiarity with ERP systems Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc) About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
