The HR Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the staffing firm. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring efficient workforce deployment, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, and managing employee relations. The AM will balance both client service and HR management to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management
  • Act as the main liaison with assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Understand client manpower requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and account growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, workforce deployment, and service delivery.
Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with recruiters and sourcing specialists to fill client requirements within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with client job specifications and company recruitment standards.
  • Monitor deployment schedules and ensure candidates meet client expectations.
Human Resources Management
  • Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, contract management, and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations including grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance in coordination with operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, mandatory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and internal HR policies.
Payroll & Administration
  • Validate employee timesheets and coordinate payroll processing with the Finance department.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain updated employee records and client billing documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, account management, or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus.
  • Client-Centric Mindset – proactive in addressing client needs.
  • Recruitment Expertise – knowledge of sourcing, screening, and talent matching.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision Making – ability to resolve client and employee issues effectively.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills – capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Leadership & Teamwork – able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Client satisfaction score (based on feedback/surveys).
  • Percentage of positions filled within target timelines.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of payroll and benefits processing.
  • Growth in client accounts and renewals.
