About Us Sole Surgeon is a modern shoe cleaning and restoration brand that started in Quezon City and is now expanding across Metro Manila. Beyond our expert services, we are building an omni‑channel brand (i.e. eCommerce product line) that will lead in shoe care, comfort and accessories categories. We are looking for ambitious people who want to learn how to grow and scale a business while making a real impact. The Role We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Specialist who will work side‑by‑side with the founder on Sole Surgeon’s most important growth projects. This role is hands‑on, offering direct coaching and exposure to real decision‑making while you help drive sales in stores, online platforms, and new product launches. What You’ll Do Lead growth and marketing across all sales channels: Sales: Mall stores, standalone stores, and online (chat commerce). Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, offline advertising you will be trained here - technical experience is a plus but not required. Develop and execute our social media content strategy. Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize sales at the lowest cost per acquisition. Explore and test untapped marketing channels such as TikTok, influencer collaborations, and CRM. Oversee project management of store expansion into mall locations—from scouting sites, to coordinating contractors, to ensuring successful grand openings. Research, develop, and launch Sole Surgeon’s product line (cleaning solutions, wipes, repel spray, etc.), driving innovations and new category growth. Must Haves Self‑starter with a strong drive to take initiative and get things done. Highly motivated, hardworking, and willing to roll up your sleeves. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced small business / startup environment. At least 1 year work experience preferably in marketing, advertising, business development or eCommerce. Fresh graduates are welcome if you can show the ability to take ownership and deliver results. Strong interest in marketing, growth, eCommerce, and scaling businesses. Must be willing to work on‑site in Congressional Avenue Extension, Quezon City (near Tandang Sora, Luzon Avenue and Visayas Avenue). Why Join Us?
