Since our establishment in 2006, we have built a nationwide presence and an outstanding track record in supporting major infrastructure projects. The Head of Marketing & Communications will build and execute a lean, high-impact marketing and communications function that strengthens our brand authority in the B2B infrastructure and industrial market. This role ensures that every message, internal or external, supports our strategic goals, reinforces our reputation, and drives commercial results. Key Objectives of the Role Position the company as the trusted authority in our industry through credible and strategic marketing. Directly support revenue growth by creating sales tools, presentations, case studies, and customer-education content. Improve internal alignment and culture by managing internal communication channels and leadership messaging. Ensure brand consistency across all departments, materials, and customer touchpoints. Build a scalable marketing system using a lean in-house team supplemented by outsourced creative specialists. Core Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Enablement Create and manage all customer-facing materials: product brochures, pitch decks, proposal templates, technical data sheets, case studies, and capability profiles. Collaborate with the Sales Head to support tender submissions, client presentations, and follow-up campaigns. Develop customer education content to shorten the sales cycle and increase trust (videos, articles, FAQs, whitepapers). External Marketing & Brand Authority Define and execute the brand positioning and messaging framework. Establish the company as an industry expert through thought leadership, R&D stories, innovation highlights, and success cases. Manage digital platform presence (website, LinkedIn, industry portals). Plan and coordinate targeted marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer communication channels. Internal Communications Develop and manage internal communication rhythm (CEO weekly messages, company updates, wins, policy rollouts). Support culture-building by reinforcing the company’s mission, values, goals, and achievements. Partner with HR and Operations for internal campaigns such as safety, quality, recognition, and onboarding content. Project & Vendor Management Lead and manage external service providers (designers, videographers, web developers, PR firms) on a project basis. Maintain budget control, measure ROI, and prioritize high-impact activities. Ensure all communication materials meet brand standards and strategic objectives. Data & Performance Tracking Track usage and impact of marketing materials in the sales process. Monitor engagement with internal communications to assess alignment and culture. Use metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness and customer conversion outcomes. Qualifications 5+ years in B2B marketing, communications, or sales enablement Experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or technical sectors a major advantage Strong business writing and storytelling skills Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability Able to gather input from technical departments and simplify messaging for customers Project management and vendor coordination Familiarity with industrial/B2B customer psychology and procurement processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
