Senior Analyst, Salesforce Platform Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user stories and translating these to technical approaches with “Buy rather than build” mindset.
• Designing transformational technical solutions to meet business requirements in accordance with Salesforce standards.
• Applying design authority to solutions provided by vendor.
• Anticipate implications or risks for each solution.
• Ensure sustainable, scalable, best practice solutions.
• Align vendor estimates for the different tasks. Challenge when differences occur. Focusing always on best cost-benefit.
• Identify root cause for issues.
• Working closely with product owners, architects, and technical teams to architect solutions.
• Enforcing best practices and ensure the quality delivery.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the vendor.
• Working collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking.
• Serve as an active contributor to the team knowledge, sharing expertise.
• Building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
• Where required, coordinate with other architects as front-end or vendor and aligning work.
• Close alignment with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the vendor.
• Understand and present high-level overviews of the Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities.
• Follow up plans’ commitments.
