OverviewPerforms day-to-day tasks/activities from pre to post-delivery/construction of ALVEO projects under the close supervision of the Immediate Superior. He/she is responsible for handling, analyzing and/or resolving any issues or complaints that may emerge throughout the customer's life cycle. This role also involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive results and high-quality living experience.
Responsibilities- Handle, analyze, and resolve issues or complaints across the customer life cycle.
- Perform day-to-day tasks from pre- to post-delivery/construction of ALVEO projects under supervision.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive results and high-quality living experiences.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any business course.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development firms/other related industries. May accept fresh graduates with a good scholastic record and with leadership potential.
- Proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written and presentation skills.
- With problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or other accounting software/application.
- Can deal with non-critical problems relevant to client services operations.
- With knowledge and understanding of Client Services, market/competition trends, and business processes/operations.
- With proactive, result-driven and process approach mindset as well as a proven track record in driving and achieving business objectives and results.
- Keen on details specifically on different aspects of client services operations.
- Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, and teams.
- Demonstrates Emotional Intelligence (EQ), maturity and professionalism.
