Commercial Business Intelligence Analyst - Manila, Philippines Location: Manila, Philippines Job reference: Closing date: 31-Oct-2025 About the role: We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity in our Commercial team in Manila as a Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) Analyst for the Philippines. You will be part of a team responsible for supporting the development, planning, and implementation of the commercial strategy, providing business analytics to maximize revenue and profit generation across the region, and ensuring achievement of budget targets. Your work will involve providing data intelligence, analysis, and forecasting to key stakeholders to support decision‑making for all commercial functions. Key Accountabilities Analyse traffic segments, distribution channels, and travel agencies to drive QR market share and revenue goals. Interpret and analyse large data sets on an assigned portfolio and recommend improvements to our commercial strategy. Identify market opportunities through internal and external analysis and initiate proposals to generate incremental revenue. Provide commentary on performance to KPIs such as market share and revenue performance under assigned portfolios. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Network Planning) to drive tactical and structural initiatives. Monitor performance of fare products, sales incentives, and commercial initiatives. Build business cases to support recommendations on commercial product/policy changes to improve portfolio performance. Work closely with Global CBI and Revenue Management, as well as other data stakeholders, to improve data processing flow and adoption by Regional CBI and sales teams. Support management with ad‑hoc analysis and assigned projects. Qualifications Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Operations Research. 1–3 years of practical experience in Commercial or Analytical functions. Interest in the travel industry and aviation/QR knowledge is a plus. Candidate Should Possess the Following Skills: Ability to analyse voluminous, complex data and deliver meaningful insights to management. Strong verbal and written communication to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders. Independent, proactive, collaborating well in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks to conclusion. Proven commercial skills and business acumen. Ability to express dissenting opinions professionally. PC literacy with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Tableau. About Qatar Airways Group Our story started with four aircraft.
