The Role As a Junior IT & Systems Developer, you’ll work closely with our senior developers and project managers to build, enhance, and maintain the software applications that keep our business and our clients’ operations humming. You’ll also play a vital role in providing day‑to‑day technical support, troubleshooting issues, and helping our tribe work smarter through automation and system improvements. What You’ll Do Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Support the set‑up, configuration, and troubleshooting of internal systems and tools. Assist in developing automation workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Provide timely technical support and solutions to end users. Test, debug, and document software features to ensure system reliability. Work on integrating applications and tools to streamline processes and enhance data flow. Participate in code reviews, updates, and maintenance of existing systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and improvements. Requirements A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Fundamental understanding of programming languages such as Deluge and JavaScript. Basic knowledge of SQL Query and database management. Experience with workflow automation and data management, especially across platforms like Zoho and Power Automate, is a huge advantage. Knowledge of API integration and tools such as Zapier or other third‑party connectors is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn. The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and a genuine drive to make an impact through your work.
