Responsibilities Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in production Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets, related to compliance, learning, performance reviews, etc.) Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member) Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member experience Provide assistance & leadership during crisis management for business continuity purposes Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards are practiced at all times Coordination and collaboration with support functions as needed Personal Attributes Communication – Clear, Concise and Compelling Presentation - High influencing ability, enjoys being on stage and comfortable being at the center of driving a discussion. Intelligence - A natural problem solver, with an ability to see the problem after the problem. Strong demonstrated commercial acumen. Key Qualifications/Experience 2-6 years experience in the following Operations management as a front-line employee & supervisory role Collaboration with support functions such as IT, Admin Services, Training, Business Continuity Leading a team of 20 people or greater in the operations What’s in it for you?
