Job Responsibilities Own the accounting operations of the company by working with various departments to recognize revenue, establish cost bases, and produce financial statements. Oversee timely and accurate financial and management reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), as well as drive budget and forecasting exercises. Provide thought leadership and management advice to the CEO on strategic initiatives and operational improvements by analyzing business performance and communicating financial risks, including tax and accounting implications. Design, implement, and maintain an appropriate scalable system of policies and internal controls, compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and tax regulations; implement process changes as necessary. Effectively and clearly communicate with colleagues across various channels, ensuring adequate flow of information to support business operations and corporate initiatives; liaise with external auditors/government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGUs) as needed. Requirements Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-starter to own processes independently with a desire to solve problems collaboratively.
