Senior Tax Accountant (Remote) We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team at Cloudstaff. Work Arrangement : Work From Home Location : Any CS Branch – Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, Cebu Schedule : Morning Shift Key Responsibilities Tax knowledge including preparation of tax returns, activity statements, and understanding of latest Australian tax rules. Preparation of work papers and reconciliation to financial statement stage. Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns and other lodgements for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses to a complex level (including large groups and inter‑entity reconciliations). Assist clients with tax planning, FBT, payroll tax and Single Touch Payroll (STP). Business advisory projects such as budgets, cash flows and management reporting. Ensure all documentation including work papers and client files are maintained in line with Findex Group compliance requirements. Qualifications and Requirements (Non‑negotiable) Accounting degree or a related major in accounting. Completed or working towards completion of CA / CPA. At least 5‑7 years of proven accounting and taxation experience within Australia. Thorough understanding of Australian taxation legislation, including GST, FBT, CGT, and Division 7A. Strong commercial acumen paired with sound technical accounting and analytical skills. Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively and efficiently. Experience with MYOB, Xero, Reckon, QuickBooks. Experience with Reckon APS program (desirable). Proficient English writing and verbal skills. Excellent communication skills with strong relationship and stakeholder management. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise your workload. Collaborative, team player who understands the importance of building strong internal relationships across the wider Findex business.
