Job Description

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market leadership. As a key member of the executive team, the CMO oversees all marketing initiatives across digital, product, brand, communications, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand positioning.
  • Lead all marketing functions including brand management, digital marketing, demand generation, public relations, advertising, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and executive leadership to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Use data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Guide the development of innovative campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the face of the brand, representing the company at key industry events and public forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • With more than 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The candidate will lead the financial reporting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining financial transparency and supporting strategic decision-making within the hospital.
