Our Opening and Your Responsibilities As a Field Sales Representative - PI (NCR) at Mettler - Toledo Philippines, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales and growing the customer base across the Northern Philippines region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory. Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and provide detailed reporting on activities and performance. Stay up to date with product knowledge of Mettler Toledo Philippines. What You Need to Succeed Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Sales Representative/Consultants industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Preferably a Graduate of Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
