Operations Support Specialist

Overview We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to help keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll support daily operations, manage communication, and assist with program and event coordination. This role is key to keeping things organized, efficient, and running seamlessly. Responsibilities Manage emails, calendars, and client communication. Keep SOPs and documentation up to date. Support programs by updating stats, newsletters, call recordings, and Kajabi/Keap systems. Help with event logistics and co-hosting on Zoom. Handle billing support, payment follow-ups, and reporting in Keap. Assist with launches, marketing automations, and scheduling emails/texts. Provide general support to the team as needed. Requirements 3+ years in operations support or administrative roles. Knowledge of GHL is a must Strong organizational and communication skills. Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, Kajabi, Keap, and project management tools. Great at multitasking, problem-solving, and staying on top of deadlines. Compensation and work arrangement Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$5.30 per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 35h per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST with one hour of unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
