Conference/Exhibition Project Director (Work From Home) To further expand our operations, we are seeking a Conference Director to oversee our Southeast Asia-focused event initiatives. Core Responsibilities: Manage and lead a remote team based in Southeast Asia, including staff training and development. Oversee sales team leads and the broader sales teams, guiding their daily activities and performance. Manage event production targets and sales goals, ensuring all projects meet or exceed established objectives. Oversee end-to-end event operations, including pre-event setup and post-event customer support. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in the conference, exhibition, summit, forum, convention organizer. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proven capability in managing remote teams across different regions. Strong leadership skills and a results-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
