Overview

Sales Executive - Bancassurance (Zamboanga) at HR TechX Corp. We are hiring: Sales Executive and Financial Advisor, Bancassurance (On-Site | Monday to Friday).

Locations
  • North Luzon: Cagayan, Isabela, Vigan, Laoag, Baguio, Bulacan, Tarlac, La Union, Dagupan, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Cabanatuan
  • South Luzon: Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, Albay, Naga, Legazpi, Romblon, Mindoro, Lucena
  • Visayas: Palawan, Cebu, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental, Tagbilaran, Bohol, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Leyte, Samar
  • Mindanao: Davao, Butuan, Agusan del Sur, Surigao, CDO, Ozamis, Iligan, Pagadian, Zamboanga
What Youll Do
  • Find Sales Opportunities: Reach out to new leads, build networks, and ask for referrals.
  • Offer Financial Solutions: Present our products in a clear and helpful way that matches clients needs.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Be a trusted advisor to your clients and support them long-term.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Stay focused on your targets and earn great rewards.
  • Share Market Insights: Help the team grow by giving feedback and reports.
What Were Looking For
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (especially in Pharma, Banking, or Financial Services).
  • A Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Great at communicating and negotiating.
  • Proven record of hitting sales targets.
  • Passionate about building relationships and helping people.
