We are looking for aIT VoIP Support t o join our team, providing technical assistance and answers to users’ questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with VoIP Migration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IT support for the VoIP.ms migration project of existing Business Partners Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns Identify, investigate, and resolve users’ problems with computer software and hardware Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions Explain highly technical details to customers using simple, understandable terms Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved Other duties may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a Technical Support role is required Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products High level of customer service orientation Strong active listening skills Able to deal with irate customers daily without losing their patience Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution Able to de-escalate stressful situations Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong time management and decision-making skills Proficient with computers and hardware Good English communication skills – both verbal and written #J-18808-Ljbffr
