About Cebu Pacific Air Cebu Pacific first took to the skies on March 8, 1996, flying from Manila to its hometown Cebu. Your role Accurately calculates and plans aircraft load in order to achieve a balanced aircraft. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.
