About the role Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented Taxation and Audit Manager to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with all relevant tax regulations and accounting standards. What you'll be doing Monitor filing deadlines to ensure adherence to tax laws and BIR filing deadlines Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and relevant attachments for BIR filing Monitor and interpret new BIR rulings and developments that have potential impact to the company Advise on the tax implications of both domestic and cross-border business transactions Handles Transfer Pricing Documentation Handles internal and external audits including BIR Audits and other tax cases including documentation, analysis and response preparation. Handles BOI, PEZA, and LGU reporting and concerns Handles applications for ITH PEZA and BOI registration, validation and extensions Manages Internal Audits on Fixed Assets and assists on other related audits Monitors Farm in and Farm out application Ensures all assets are applied for insurance and coordinate with AP team for proper recording Ensures all defective, missing and damaged assets for disposal are properly reported Provides Internal and External Audit requirements related to Fixed Assets and Compliances Handles monthly fixed assets and depreciation entries and schedules Ensures proper implementation of the New ERP system related on Fixed assets and Taxes What we're looking for At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in taxation and audit, ideally within the healthcare industry With BOI, PEZA, and LGU reporting experience A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent professional certification Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance, auditing, and financial reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams Experience in managing and developing a team of tax and audit professionals Proficiency in using relevant tax and accounting software What we offer At Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
