Job Description Job Title: Finance Officer Job Summary: The Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial resources and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring Ensure accurate and timely preparation of end-to-end financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations Handle taxation matters, including filing, reporting, and liaising with relevant government agencies Oversee the business permit renewal process and ensure timely submission of required documentation Manage financial records and transactions across multiple companies, ensuring consistency and accuracy Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed Support management in financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accountancy (BS Accountancy) 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting Strong knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance Experience in handling financial operations for multiple entities Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Working Location 2nd Floor, Krown Business Services, Inc.
