Overview Software Engineer (Java | Spring boot) – Yondu, Inc. Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Writes working back-end, front-end, and/or mobile code using generally accepted standards and best practices Resolves defects found in the code Writes and conducts unit tests before endorsing to the QA team Submits and maintains source code using version control system repositories Participates in code reviews and quality assurance activities Attends team meetings Reports task status to immediate supervisor or project lead Qualifications / Requirements Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degree Related Work Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience in Software Engineering Skills: Java, Springboot, 2-3 years experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs and project schedules Knowledge in Web APIs, server-side scripting frameworks, database functions/stored procedures, regular expressions, design patterns, third-party/cloud libraries, and DevOps tools (for Web-based Back-end and Full Stack engineers) Experience in front-end development for small- to medium-sized projects (for Web-based Front-end engineers) Experience in developing mobile applications (for Mobile engineers) Bonus / Other notes With Sign On Bonus Job Specifications Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degree Related Work Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience in Software Engineering Average requirements analysis skills Interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs and project schedules Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Yondu, Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
