About the role As an Operations Manager at Sweet Dough Global Ventures Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and streamlining the day‑to‑day operations of our thriving Donut business located in South Caloocan Metro Manila. This full‑time position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production processes, inventory management, and customer service initiatives. What you’ll be doing Manage and coordinate all operational activities within the store and franchise to meet production targets and customer demands Oversee the bakery’s supply chain, including inventory control, procurement, and logistics Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency Analyse and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Lead and motivate a team of bakers, production staff, and customer service representatives Liaise with cross‑functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to optimise overall business performance Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards What we’re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Passion for the bakery and hospitality industry Relevant tertiary qualifications in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Opportunities for career development and advancement Dynamic and collaborative work environment Discounts on our delicious baked goods About us Sweet Dough Global Ventures Inc. is a rapidly growing bakery business that specialises in producing high‑quality, artisanal baked goods.
