This role focuses on developing and executing sourcing strategies, expanding the vendor network, and driving negotiations and supplier development to enable business growth and continuity. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin-speaking professionals to develop their sourcing expertise in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Job Description Market Research & Vendor Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify alternative supplier options, benchmark pricing, and evaluate sourcing opportunities that improve cost and service. On-Demand Sourcing: Take ownership of sourcing activities as needed - including identifying new suppliers, studying material specs during exploratory sourcing, requesting quotations, and leading negotiations - to ensure continuity and cost-efficiency across categories. Material Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and enable proactive procurement planning to support warehouse and operational needs. Reordering Governance: Oversee re-order volumes raised by warehouse material requirement planners to ensure alignment with procurement SLAs, minimum order quantities, and cost optimization practices.
