E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist (Remote) We are looking for a Professional E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in handling customer inquiries, processing returns, managing refunds, and resolving order issues with a polished and professional English accent . Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper. Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency. Handle FedEx and other carrier claims, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution. Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Requirements: Previous experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral or polished English accent. Proficiency in Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, ShipStation, and Refund Sniper is a plus. Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
