Technical Knowledge & Skills - Expertise in food safety regulations, audit processes, and global compliance standards for manufacturing/export. - Proficient in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) planning. - Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); audit documentation software familiarity is a plus. 4. Core Competencies - Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - High attention to detail with commitment to rigorous standards. - Strong verbal/written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and within teams. - Unwavering integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
