Join Our Team as a Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing accurate and timely payrolls for assigned client accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company and payroll standards. This role acts as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing professional support and resolving client issues with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Enter, review, and validate payroll data for accuracy and completeness. Process payroll cycles, including pay, deductions, and adjustments. Generate and deliver payroll reports within set deadlines. Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues with internal and client teams. Maintain accurate payroll records and audit‑ready documentation. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring data confidentiality. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Perform other payroll‑related and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and payroll software such as UKG Ready. Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements. Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines. Works independently with accuracy and efficiency. Dependable, results‑driven, and customer‑focused.
