Work Setup: Onsite Location: Veterans, Taguig City Salary Range: 120,000 - 150,000 About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and growth of our consumer electronics portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in product and brand management, capable of driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development and market research to product launch and performance evaluation. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and supply chain to align product strategies with business objectives. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to position products effectively and increase brand visibility. - Monitor product performance metrics, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements for continuous product enhancement. - Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory in coordination with sales and operations teams. - Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. - Stay updated on consumer trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to guide future product development initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. - At least 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or a similar role. - Proven experience in developing and launching products from concept to market. - Background in retail, e-commerce, or consumer electronics is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, market research, and competitive analysis. - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Familiarity with agile product development and collaboration across teams. - Ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals. - Willing to work onsite in Veterans, Taguig City.
