Overview
Responsible for driving revenue generation through effective GTM strategies, profitable distribution channels, product lifecycle, and new product development, all while managing products P&L. Strategically support Sales through effective product enablement, sales collateral creation, the conduct of client presentations, proposal crafting, and closing of complex deals. Leads the product team through ideation, technical development, and launch of new/innovative products.
Product Development & Management- Lead and oversee product strategy, and go-to-market initiatives, and identify market-driven product opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and establish strategic local and international partnerships/licensing.
- Critically evaluate and enhance research and analysis conducted by the product team.
- Approve or make critical product decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure product competitiveness by defining pricing, design offerings, and creating a product roadmap.
- Develop and manage processes for a scalable product portfolio. Oversee delivery operations that impact the products\' profitability.
- Monitor the external environment for emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Create reports, and technology roadmaps, and share insights with others.
- Conducts regular evaluation of product portfolio to identify growth opportunities & measures the impact & success of past ventures
- Manages the organization’s product portfolio & release prioritization
- Create strategies for the expansion of the product portfolio. Launches new viable products as a new revenue stream for the company.
- Provides strategic input into the company’s business plan
- Manages 3 rd party partners – principals and vendors adjacent to the product
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of trends, user experience, market needs, and competition to define brand experience strategies.
- Analyze business indicators (revenue, profitability, market share) and take appropriate actions in collaboration with marketing and corporate strategy.
- Position the product in the market, generate leads, and provide sales collaterals.
- Ensure the sales team can effectively sell the product and generate revenue.
- Serve as a product subject matter expert for the sales team. Manage sales support activities, including product enablement, proposal development, client presentations, and deal closure.
- Ensure reliable cost, effort, and risk estimates, and create effective project plans.
- Build a high-performing team of product managers through effective people management and providing strategic direction.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and solutions, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- At least with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related discipline. MBA is a plus but not required. Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification is a plus
- 7-10 years of extensive experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products and solutions in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
- 5+ years of which are in managing product teams and collaborating with cross- functional teams (Sales, Marketing).
- Exposure to project management, implementation, managed services, application support, and systems integration is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work SetUp: Hybrid in BGC, Taguig (2x or 3x a week onsite)
