The Project Services Implementation Consultant is expected to independently manage concurrent projects and overall workload in accordance with ADP's Service Excellence standards and NAS Project Services best practices. Success is measured through client satisfaction surveys, project efficiency metrics such as duration and response times, quality and accuracy of project notes and documentation, and feedback from support teams, leaders, and internal partners.

Qualifications

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an HCM-related field, programming, or equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in PC navigation and experience managing multiple projects are essential. Prior experience in high-volume problem resolution, technical client services, and project management or training is advantageous. Knowledge of US Benefits & Payroll systems is a plus. Technical training or experience in HR, Payroll, Time systems, and industry certifications like PHR, CPP, or FPC are desirable. Experience in Business Analysis, Networking, Database Usage, and SQL is highly preferred.
