Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours. Employment type : Permanent. Location : Makati City, Metro Manila. Pay range: Php 102,000 to 139,000. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, and architects to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Managing cross‑functional teams, including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers, without direct line management authority. Managing release planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across complex delivery landscapes. Supporting the expansion of cloud technologies and ensuring integration into delivery pipelines and architecture. Qualifications Essential: Proven background in technical delivery, project management, or agile coaching within software development environments. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Skilled in resource management, capacity planning, and driving data‑informed continuous improvement. Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non‑technical teams, including offshore collaboration. Desirable: Skilled in Power BI and modern collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket). Knowledgeable in AI‑driven tools shaping delivery practices. Experience with assessment technologies or exam board operations.
