Job Description

Eluvo Health is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Paranaque City. The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring that our financial operations are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals and growth.
  • Provide regular financial reports, insights, and analysis to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations to optimize financial performance, streamline costs, and increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including tax and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, financial transactions, and working capital to support business growth and operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support for project initiatives and investments.
  • Prepare financial models, projections, and budgets to assist in business planning.
  • Monitor financial trends and market conditions, advising management on potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Start-Up Sector: Strong preference for candidates who have worked in a start-up or fast-growing business environment.
  • Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in financial analysis and providing actionable recommendations for business optimization.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for businesses in the healthcare/technology sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, financial modeling tools).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
