Your Responsibilities Partner with the CFO and GM to shape and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive company profitability through effective financial planning, cost management, and investment analysis. Lead financial analysis, including forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation across business units and product lines. Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals. Build and manage high-performing accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Track and manage company-wide, divisional, and project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. What Our Client Is Looking For Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field. CPA, CMA is preferred. At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses. Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities. Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
