Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines

Overview

We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support our healthcare account in a dynamic BPO environment. You will assist members, providers, or policyholders by answering inquiries about healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and more — while ensuring quality, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare inquiries.
  • Assist customers with benefits, claims status, authorizations, and account concerns.
  • Explain insurance coverage, co-payments, and billing issues clearly.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or support teams as needed.
  • Meet performance metrics (AHT, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).
