Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our marketing team. This role involves assisting with ad-hoc marketing activities, basic graphic design, social media management, and maintaining marketing content and assets. You will play an important role in helping deliver marketing campaigns, programs, and communications effectively and on time. This role is 100% remote (work-from-home). Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining content and communications for marketing campaigns, programs, collaterals, and digital assets. Support the marketing team by coordinating and collating content to support campaigns and programs. Review promotional materials, update websites, participate in creative reviews, and handle other marketing administration and reporting duties. Coordinate requirements, maintain files, and archive marketing materials, documents, and assets. Request user-generated content and manage imagery across multiple digital platforms. Schedule and post social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Follow and maintain the brand’s visual consistency and posting calendar. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for campaign requirements and marketing operations. Maintain up-to-date archives of all marketing files, reports, and communications. Support light data entry and admin scheduling related to marketing initiatives. Assist with ad-hoc marketing activities as required. Preferably 1 year of experience in marketing support, social media management, or related field. Qualifications Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a plus. Background in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred but not required. Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Ability to write clear and engaging content for company communications and promotional materials such as blogs, brochures, infographics, etc. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn. A portfolio or samples of previous work (graphics, content, or campaigns) is a plus. System Requirements Stable internet connection (at least 80 Mbps). Work Setup and Schedule Full-time. Day Shift (8 Hours). Fixed Saturday and Sunday off. Remote/Work-from-home. A separate room to undertake work is required. Must not be disturbed by electronic devices during work hours.
