Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance team/s and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes. Creates testing strategy and makes sure that it is implemented according to set standards and procedures. Responsibilities Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products. Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate stakeholders. Coordinates product testing processes. Identifies the overall product quality assurance strategy. Identifies and analyzes issues, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. Ensure implementation of Quality Metrics and suggest improvement. Spearheads Quality Assurance reporting and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course. Related Work Experience – At least 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
