QALead - anexperienced QA Lead responsible for a Team of manual and automation testers toensure that software applications meet business needs. Responsible forplanning, scheduling and reporting test outcomes to ensure stakeholderawareness of test effort, issues and agreement of test outcome and lead testing(both manual and automation testers) . Looking for a solid QA Engineer who has led QA teams to comeon board and implement automation framework whilst mentoring the QA teammembers.

Rolesand responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Analysis, solidunderstanding of Manual and Automated testing concepts
  • Agile testing experience with team member accountability forcommitment and delivery each sprint
  • Drive and building automation framework
  • Encourage automation withing the wider test team
  • Peer reviews the test coverage and test cases produced by the TestTeam and as appropriate participate in walk through with respectiveBusiness Stakeholders
  • Highlighting and Risks or Slippages to the key stakeholders
  • Participate in quality reviews of key testing
  • Developing and refining test processes, methodologies, disciplines,and measurements
  • Work in collaboration with Project Managers,Test Strategist, Business Analysts and Testing Team to understandrequirements and build the automated regression testing framework. Plan,design and develop test script, take ownership of end to end testingdelivery
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations,articulate project challenges and progress. Coordinate and monitor testingprogression and prepare reports and communicate results and progress withproject stakeholders
  • Attend sprint planning meetings and discuss testing issues

RequiredSkills:

· Min 3 years of experience as a Lead

  • Stronginterpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact with seniormanagement to drive engagements, resolve problems and demonstratesuccessful outcomes
  • Extensiveexperience in writing test frameworks and processes including testplans/strategy, advanced scripting, execution and reporting ofapplications and APIs
  • Experiencein providing test estimations
  • Abilityto assess UI/UX testing
  • Androidand iOS mobile testing experience

· 5-7 years of UI/API testingexperience and demonstrated understanding of test types, processes andmethodologies

  • Expertisein test automation tools (such as e.g., Postman, TOSCA, Selenium, Appium etc.)and sound experience designing, developing, and updating automated testcases
  • Agileexperience
  • Businesscase and technical story understanding and ability to create tests from stories/requirements
  • Defectand dependency management
  • Experienceof using Jira to track tests and create reporting
