We are seeking a Marketing Engineer to support our business development initiatives and project acquisition efforts. The position involves client coordination, proposal preparation, market research, and promotion of the company’s engineering and EPC capabilities in the Philippine market. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue potential project opportunities in the energy, infrastructure, and utilities sectors. Prepare and assist in submitting technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, and bid requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government agencies to promote company services. Conduct site visits or ocular inspections to gather project information and support technical proposal preparation. Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects. Support marketing events, client meetings, and presentations. Maintain project databases, marketing files, and regular reporting to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,Electrical Engineering,Construction Management, or related field. Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or technical sales in an engineering or construction company. Preferably with at least 1yearof experience withsolar industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of bidding and procurement processes (government and private). Willing to travel for site visits or ocular inspections as required.
