Virtual Rockstar is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our client’s growing physical therapy practice. This role will support sales and marketing efforts, manage client relationships, and help maintain the online presence, contributing to the clinic’s success.

Responsibilities
  • CRM Management: Track and manage patient information and interactions through HubSpot. Follow up with lost patients, schedule appointments, and handle phone calls to maintain patient engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Post and manage content on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create content using Canva for marketing campaigns and clinic promotions. Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist with development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. Monitor effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate to create engaging content, visuals, and marketing collateral. Support blog posts, newsletters, and materials aligned with brand.
  • Website and Online Presence: Maintain Squarespace website content; ensure information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Event Coordination: Plan events, workshops, and gatherings to engage the community and promote services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data (website traffic, social engagement) to support decision-making and track ROI.
  • Client Support: Serve as the point of contact for patients and team members; assist with scheduling and admin tasks.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic support for clinic tools and software.
  • Review Monitoring: Monitor online reviews and respond to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule personal and family appointments for leadership; assist with travel and itineraries.
Qualifications
  • Experience with platforms: Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and GoHighLevel preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to create engaging, visually appealing content.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and willing to learn new systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in managing information and campaigns.
  • Healthcare or Wellness Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
